When you become an iGUIDE Service Provider, you may have the option of being added to ION - iGUIDE Operator Network - which allows you to add a pin to our map. Potential customers may use this map and use it to contact you for services. The ION form includes all of the information we need to populate the map, except for your company logo.
To do this, you will need to create your default banner. The logo image used in the banner will be the one added to the iGUIDE service provider map. To create a banner and add your logo, complete the following steps:
Step 1) Sign in to the iGUIDE Portal
Go to manage.youriguide.com and sign in to your account. See figure 1.

Step 2) Visit your user settings
On the top right of the page, click the dropdown arrow next to your name and click settings. See figure 2.
Step 3) Click to select your default banner
You will then be directed to the ‘Contact Details’ screen as shown below.
Click where it says ‘No default banner selected’. See figure 3.
Step 4) Begin creating your default banner
Click ‘+Create new banner’ See figure 4.
Proceed to complete the highlighted fields. To upload images click where you can ‘select logo image’ and ‘select headshot image’ See figure 5.
When uploading images, be sure to click the ‘save’ button when you are finished. See figure 6.
Step 5) Finish your default banner
Click ‘save’. See figure 7.
Your logo should now be visible on the service provider map. If your logo is not immediately visible on the service provider map, check back a little later, and let us know if your logo is still not visible after 24 hours.
